The closing ceremony for the First Batch of Trainees for the GHANACARES OBAATANPA – French Language Training Programme was held today; Monday, 18th December, 2023 at the Accra Tourist Information Centre (ATIC).
The participants were presented with certificates of participation at the end of the three months training held from 15th September to 18th December, 2023.
The CEO of the GTA, Mr. Akwasi Agyeman presenting the certificates to the participants, charged them to make use of the knowledge acquired at their respective tourism enterprises such as the hotels, travel and tour agencies,tour guides, etc.
The participants expressed their appreciation to the Government, Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture and the Ghana Tourism Authority for such an initiative and promised to utilise the knowledge acquired in their respective organisations.
